What if my property becomes unoccupied?
If your property ends up being unoccupied for longer than is shown in your schedule, you will no longer be covered for a number of circumstances, for example:
* Theft or attempted theft
* Water leaking from water tanks, pipes, equipment and fixed heating systems
* Fuel leaking from your fixed heating system
* Water freezing in tanks, equipment or pipes (Buildings cover only)

If your property is going to be unoccupied for longer than is shown in your schedule, you should call us on 0800 068 8941 to discuss your circumstances so that we can amend your policy accordingly to ensure you remain covered.
